Exercise 4

OK so I just got done with Exercise 4 and I did not enjoy using DIV tags! They seem so complicated! It just seems easier to slice and put images into tables. Maybe I need to explore more with using DIV tags but they seem so much complicated then it needs to be! It involves too much math also! Blah! Not happy right now!
